Your cost with a subsidy

If a subsidy with a two-thirds rate applies, your effective cost is about one third.

Example: the Small Business Sustainability Subsidy (standard track) covers two thirds, up to JPY 500,000 before special-case top-ups. If a JPY 300,000 single-purpose tool qualifies, the subsidy is JPY 200,000 and your cost is JPY 100,000 (excluding tax). Under this subsidy, support for tools and websites is capped at JPY 300,000 including tax and is applied for together with other sales-development expenses. Costs ordered or contracted before the grant decision are not covered. The subsidy is paid after the project ends.

Rates and caps differ by program and application round. We cannot promise approval. Whether you qualify is for your gyoseishoshi or SME consultant to judge; we do not handle applications.

Yes. You can start with “I want to use AI, but I do not know where to begin.” We discuss your business and questions, then explore possibilities and priorities together.

What is included in the first consultation?

In a meeting of about 45 to 60 minutes (you choose when booking), we discuss your business, issues, AI possibilities, and priorities. Business strategy and the implications of AI are also in scope. Afterward, you receive a concise summary of the discussion. The first consultation is free.
