    We review your inquiry and invite you to an initial consultation. Sending the form does not book a meeting or start a paid contract.

    Clarify the possibilities together

    In a meeting of about 60 minutes, we discuss your business, AI possibilities, ideas, and priorities, including business strategy. You receive a concise summary afterward.

    Agree on the right support

    Choose the Strategy Department at JPY 50,000/month or the Delivery Department from JPY 300,000/month, excluding tax. Confirm scope, cost, and working arrangements before starting.

    Build and continue the conversation

    If development is needed, we agree on requirements and completion criteria, then implement and test. Ongoing advice revisits decisions using what you learn and what changes in AI.

Can I talk to you before I know what to ask for?

Yes. You can start with “I want to use AI, but I do not know where to begin.” We discuss your business and questions, then explore possibilities and priorities together.

What is included in the first consultation?

In a meeting of about 45 to 60 minutes (you choose when booking), we discuss your business, issues, AI possibilities, and priorities. Business strategy and the implications of AI are also in scope. Afterward, you receive a concise summary of the discussion. The first consultation is free.

How do the two monthly plans differ?

The AI Strategy Department costs JPY 50,000 per month for AI research, lessons from our own practice, business discussions, and priorities. The AI Delivery Department starts at JPY 300,000 per month and adds development and improvements within the agreed scope. Both prices exclude tax.

What if we do not get results?

If you do not get results, we refund you. What counts as a result is agreed project by project before you sign a contract.
